The restaurant was founded by Ji-Hoon Kim, whose culinary journey began in his grandmother's kitchen. The recipes are passed down through generations. At Kim-ssi Hub, we're more than just a restaurant; we're a family.
Here, we're passionate about bringing authentic Korean flavours to Dublin using cherished family recipes and homemade techniques. Our journey began with a desire to share the warmth and comfort of Korean home cooking with our community.
